3RM OR Work to a heavy set of 3

OPTION A: Work to a heavy set of 3

OPTION B: Work to a 3rm for the day

METCON:

Run 800 m

Then, 5 Rounds

10 Pull Ups

15 Push Ups

20 Air Squats

Then, Run 800 m

*ADVANCED: perform the middle section unpartitioned — (50 pull ups, 75 Push Ups, 100 air squats)

OPTIONAL WORK:

3 Rounds: 5 Bench Press + 10 Weighted Walking Lunge + 15 Dumbbell Curl
