“Run Cindy Run”

AMRAP 20:
Teams of 3 or 4:
5 Pull-Ups
10 Push-Ups
15 Air Squats
200 Meter Run
*Waterfall start*

*Athlete #1 begins the workout. Athlete #1 will perform the first movement and then move on to the next movement. Athlete #2 can start when Athlete #1 completes the first movement. Athlete #2 can start the second movement once Athlete #1 has completed the second movement. Athlete’s #3 and #4 will follow this same pattern. An athlete can only move on to the next movement once the previous athlete has finished. There should only be one athlete working at a single station.
