Join us for our annual commemoration of Lt. Michael Murphy’s heroic sacrifice.

What: 1 mile run, 100 pull ups, 100 push ups, 100 air squats, 1 mile run. RX’d with a weight vest.

Date: Monday May 28th

Where: CrossFit Amarillo

When: 8:00 am and 9:30 am

Who: Anyone can compete in the Murph challenge and can be scaled for any fitness level.
