2023 Fall Nutrition & Lifestyle Group Challenge!
(15 Spots Available)

What is this?: A 50-day nutrition and lifestyle challenge packed with coaching and accountability.

Who is this for?: A group of 15 committed individuals (ages 18+), eager to take control of their lives (especially before the 2023 holiday season.)

When does this start?: Sunday, October 1 – Monday, November 20, 2023

Where will this be?: Completely online, wherever you are, right from your smartphone!

Cost: $197 ($3.94/day)

Here’s What You’ll Get:

      • Free 1-on-1, 30-min initial consultation to go over: nutrition and fitness history, current lifestyle habits, struggles, challenges, and future goals.

      • A sustainable nutrition approach specifically for you, customized by Coach Leisa. (Determined from free 1-on-1 listed above)

      • Daily accountability through access to a private Facebook group for support.

      • Daily check-ins for even more accountability and support.

      • Your own personalized app to track your progress.

    What We Expect From You:

        • Share your nutrition logs with the group at the end of each day, for better or worse, throughout the 50 days.
          * Nutrition log recommendations will be provided after your initial 1-on-1 consultation call.

          • Log your body weight, 2x/ week, for the entire challenge duration.

            • Take a “before” and “after” picture on day 1 and day 50. NOBODY will see these unless you want to show them. These are for your tracking purposes only.

              • Commit to some form of movement for at least 30 minutes a day, six days a week. Walking, strength training, group fitness class, anything goes as long as it’s purposeful and intentional.

            Who This Challenge is NOT For:

                • Individuals who are not committed (a.k.a don’t follow through with what they start.) We will never expect perfection, but we do require consistency and accountability. If we don’t hear from you for three consecutive days, we’ll refund a prorated amount and remove you from the challenge. This is for ultimate accountability.

                HOLD POLICY

                Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.


                All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
